We may carry out: • ISM, ISPS, MLC audits • Navigational audits • Environmental audits • Pre-Vetting inspections • PSC inspection preparation During the time spent onboard, we ensure proper time assigned to inspec- tions and audits, proper “climate” to carry out on the job observation and fully familiarization of all crew with the implementation requirements. Practical Training We utilize our extensive PPT/ CD library to cover: • Regulatory items (ISM, ISPS, MAR- POL, etc.) • Bridge team management & passage planning • Use of LSA and firefighting equipment • Enclosed space entry • Risk management / Incident investi- gation • 3rd party inspections • Gas detection equipment and calibra- tion • Ship specific QHSE issues Properly train crew in all required procedures & practices Refresh familiarization with use of equipment Assess crew emergency preparedness Ensure all crew onboard is familiar with safety procedures, practices, signs, etc. Our onboard training is tailored to: Crew Training Needs
