Objective
SQE Marine provides consultancy and support for vessel’s PSC Inspection results.
Details
A detailed review of Company’s SMS will be conducted and the PSC report findings will be analyzed against SMS.
- A detailed follow up action plan will be issued
- Each finding will be analyzed on SMS Non Conformity basis with:
- Corrective plan (as per Company’s actions and SQE Marine’s suggestions)
- Preventive actions (as per industry’s best practice)
- Root cause analysis
- Supportive documentation will be developed for Company’s use
