MARPOL Annex VI requires that every crude oil carrier is required to equipped with a VOC Management Plan. Scope of this plan is to provide guidance on the management of Volatile Organic Compounds. Plan is developed in line with IMO Legislation. Approval by the Administration or a Recognised Organisation (RO) on behalf of the Administration is mandatory.
