New regulation 22A of MARPOL Annex VI regarding fuel data collection system requires operators to have an effective updated Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plan on board managed vessels. It is of essence, therefore, to further clarify the new requirements of the revised MARPOL Annex VI Fuel Data Collection System.
